Das Buch ist klein, quadratisch und handlich. Bis auf kleine, sich-wiederholende schwarz-weiß Abbildungen, gibt es leider keine Bilder in dem Rezeptbuch. In den ersten Teilen des Buches geht es um allgemeine Tipps und Techniken. Dann gibt einzelne Kapitel mit Rezepten – ‘classic toasties’, ‘breakfast toasties’, ‘healthy toasties’, ‘veggie toasties’, ‘gourmet toasties’, ‘toasties from leftovers’, ‘toasties from around the world’, ‘toasties to go’ und ‘sweet toasties and puds’.
Die gewünschten Anregungen habe ich auch erhalten, jedoch sind die meisten Rezeptzusammenstellungen eher gewöhnungsbedürftig, jedenfalls für meine Begriffe. Man merkt doch, dass viele Rezepte ‘britisch’ angehaucht sind.
