Product didn’t fit to specification,
First there was no correct code on the UPS package and we thought that wouldn’t be a problem but how wrong we were.
The man in the UPS shop was very rude by the time we returned the item for the second time, so you can imagine how he was when I had to go there the forth time. Anyways, I didn’t care how rude he was, I just wanted the issue solved.
`Call me dumb` but we still can’t return the stuff till now because of the same problem of no appropriate Code that could be scanned. We are currently thinking of trashing the article once and for all because it would have been less stress to do so compared to what we have so far had to go through to just return an article that didn’t even cost much but we don’t need a product we don’t use occupying space.
I hope UPS see this and react appropriately.
